How to Measure Your Bra Size

Here we have easy but detailed steps you can follow to arrive at your perfect bra size.

Preparation:
Ask a friend to help you measure. If your bestie is not at hand, you will find it helpful to measure in front of a mirror in a well-lit room. Pay attention to make sure you always hold the measuring tape straight.

Step 1 – Bring out your best fitting bra and put it on. Make sure it’s fastened to the loosest hook.  Don’t wear a padded or minimizer bra, and try to wear an underwired bra, if you have any.  To learn how to put on a bra- go here http://blog.zivame.com/the-zivame-perfit-guide/
Step 2- Exhale all the air from your lungs and measure around your rib cage right under your breasts.  Pull the tape tight, but don’t worry, your bra will not be this tight!  The underband provides the maximum support for your breasts, so it’s important to get the right measurement.  Keep the tape as straight and parallel to the floor as possible.   Round off to make a full number and make a note of your ribcage measurement.

Step 3- Now you need to measure your cup size.  Pass the tape around the fullest part of your breasts, taking care not to squash your breasts or pull the tape too tight.  Keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor.  Make sure you’ve rounded off any numbers to a full number, and make a note of your bust measurement

Now, this is the easy part, enter your size into our bra calculator (which you will find by clicking on the picture below) and you will see your size across all of our brands!Calculate your bra size!
