Hannah Simone was born on August 3, 1980 in London, England. She is of Indian ethnicity on her father’s side, and her mother is half German-Italian and half Greek-Cypriot. Simone spent her early childhood in Calgary, Alberta. From ages 7–10, Simone lived in Saudi Arabia and then moved through three continents, attending schools in each. Nazneen Contractor was born in Mumbai, India and raised and educated in Nigeria and London, she immigrated to Toronto, Canada with her family by the age of ten. She spent her early youth excelling in her academics and training as a classical ballerina. After almost ten years of dance training, she discovered her true love was performing and turned her energies towards acting. She immediately found success at the prestigious world-renowned Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Reshma Shetty (born November 2, 1977) is a British-born American actress of Indian descent. Shetty was born to Indian parents and was raised in England and Richmond, Virginia. She originally studied pre-med at James Madison University, but success in vocal competitions prompted her to switch majors and graduate with a B.A. in opera performance. Shetty received her Master of Music in performance from the University of Kentucky before moving onto the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, where she earned her artist diploma in opera in 2005. Shetty was the female lead in a touring company of the musical Bombay Dreams in 2006. Shetty also acted in the off-Broadway play Rafta Rafta. Shetty is currently a cast member on the American television program Royal Pains (airing on USA Network) portraying a Physician Assistant (PA) named Divya Katdare.

Archana “Archie” Panjabi (born 31 May 1972) is a British actress recognized for her roles in the 1999 film East is East, the 2002 comedy film Bend It Like Beckham and as Kalinda Sharma on the current CBS television series The Good Wife. Archana “Archie” Panjabi was born in London. Her parents Govind and Padma Panjabi are from India. At the age of 26, she married Rajesh Nihalani, a tailor.Archie made her film debut in the British hit East Is East (1999).
