 Hannah Simone is a television host and actress, and former fashion model. From May 2006 to November 2008, she worked as a VJ for Much Music in Canada and now currently stars as Cece Meyers on new TV show ‘New Girl’. Hannah Simone was born on August 3, 1980 in London, England. She is of Indian ethnicity on her father’s side, and her mother is half German-Italian and half Greek-Cypriot. Simone spent her early childhood in Calgary, Alberta. From ages 7–10, Simone lived in Saudi Arabia and then moved through three continents, attending schools in each. At the age of 13, Simone was living in Cyprus, and was working as a fashion model and was featured on the cover of a leading local fashion publication, at 16 years old, Simone lived in New Delhi, India and attended an American Embassy school (where she organized a benefit concert for women and children with AIDS), and then at 17, she returned to Canada, first at White Rock, British Columbia, then subsequently to Vancouver.

Her father, a chemical engineer, and her mother came to the United States from Gujarat, India in 1972. The second of three children, Sheth has an older sister and a younger brother. When she was twelve, her family moved to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where her parents still reside. As a youth she traveled to India frequently with her family, and continues to visit family there regularly. English is her primary language, but she is fluent in Gujarati, and has studied Hindi, French and Spanish.

Noureen DeWulf (born February 28, 1984) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles in films like West Bank Story, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, and The Back-up Plan. DeWulf is an American actress who was born in New York City to Muslim parents, and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She also recently acted in the recent movie Breakaway with Russell Peters.

Nazneen Contractor was born in Mumbai, India and raised and educated in Nigeria and London, she  immigrated to Toronto, Canada with her family by the age of ten. She spent her early youth excelling in her academics and training as a classical ballerina. After almost ten years of dance training, she discovered her true love was performing and turned her energies towards acting. She immediately found success at the prestigious world-renowned Stratford Shakespeare Festival. During her fortunate time at the Festival, Nazneen played lead roles in Shakespeare’s “Pericles” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” along with six other productions in her two seasons at the Festival. Janina Gavankar (born November 29, 1980) is an Indian-American actress and musician of mixed Indian and Dutch descent. Gavankar is also trained as a pianist, vocalist, and orchestral percussionist.She majored in Theater Performance at the University of Illinois at Chicago.Gavankar’s is known for her more notable roles as Papi, a promiscuous lesbian in The L Word, Leigh Turner, a cop with a big secret on “The Gates”, and Ms. Dewey, the personification of a Microsoft branded search engine who comments about the user’s searches. Gavankar has appeared in theatre, commercials, short films, independent films, as well as Barbershop and its sequel, Barbershop 2: Back in Business. Gavankar was born in Joliet, Illinois, to Pete and Mohra Gavankar. Her maternal grandmother was Dutch, and her mother, Shan-de-Mohra is half-Indian half-Dutch, from Pune, India. Her father, Pete Gavankar, is an Indian engineer who first traveled to the United States to pursue a masters degree.

Reshma Shetty (born November 2, 1977) is a British-born American actress of Indian descent. Shetty was born to Indian parents and was raised in England and Richmond, Virginia. She originally studied pre-med at James Madison University, but success in vocal competitions prompted her to switch majors and graduate with a B.A. in opera performance. Shetty received her Master of Music in performance from the University of Kentucky before moving onto the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, where she earned her artist diploma in opera in 2005. Shetty was the female lead in a touring company of the musical Bombay Dreams in 2006. Shetty also acted in the off-Broadway play Rafta Rafta. Shetty is currently a cast member on the American television program Royal Pains (airing on USA Network) portraying a Physician Assistant (PA) named Divya Katdare.
She is also an occasional guest-panelist on the Fox News Channel satire show Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld. Reshma Shetty is also the face of Dove moisturizer bar in India.

Archana “Archie” Panjabi (born 31 May 1972) is a British actress recognized for her roles in the 1999 film East is East, the 2002 comedy film Bend It Like Beckham and as Kalinda Sharma on the current CBS television series The Good Wife. Archana “Archie” Panjabi was born in London. Her parents Govind and Padma Panjabi are from India. At the age of 26, she married Rajesh Nihalani, a tailor.Archie made her film debut in the British hit East Is East (1999). Since then, she has continued to work on international blockbuster films, from Bend It Like Beckham (2002) and The Constant Gardener (2005) to critically acclaimed films like A Mighty Heart (2007) (starring opposite Angelina Jolie) and Yasmin (2004) (written by Simon Beaufoy). Archie won Best Actress for her role in Yasmin (2004) at the Reims Festival in 2006 and was awarded the Shooting Star Award at the Berlin International Film Festival 2005.
